From France to Canada through Spain:
our financial management platform is supplemented by a new tool, the ROLLING FORECAST

Annual Budget is the central component of our financial management platform, for both managers’ internal steering and financial communication to external partners. However, his tool has to remain easily and quickly updated with quantified new previsions. So the Rolling Forecast was born! It allows every international team to turn towards the future and create a new dynamic altogether. Every month, every operating manager is led to question himself/herself about actions and results.

The Rolling Forecast turned out to be very useful to set triggered action plans which were not anticipated in the first place few months before in the original budget.

The investment made for this reporting tool named TAGETIK is about to increase the level of automation of this process. Within a few weeks, every manager will be able to have access to updated data such as turnover, expenditures, manpower or margins for perimeters like printing products sales in France for example, software installation in Catalonia, training programs in Quebec universities or hosting of health data in our Data center located in the South-West of France…

Some improvements have to be made, all sectors or areas are not covered by now… but here is a great tool to make everyone an agent of change.
