A passionate entrepreneur since the age of 19, Hervé Solus co-founded DigitalRecruiters, a company specialized in HR solutions and HR Tech. He developed the company until it became a renowned player in its market, before selling it to Cegid in October 2022.
In January 2024, he was appointed Director of Cegid’s Talent Business Unit. He then became Head of the Mid-Market and Enterprise Business division, which covers Talent, Payroll, and Finance solutions. As a member of the Executive Committee, he drived the development of these activities in France and internationally, serving more than 20,000 mid-sized companies and large accounts.
In March 2026, Hervé Solus joined Berger-Levrault as Group CEO.
His appointment is part of the strategic plan and ambition to accelerate the Group’s development by firmly anchoring innovation at the heart of its performance and consolidating its leading position in its markets.
