When you download and use PARTICIPA we will need to process the following data:

  1. The Digital identity of Participa on your mobile or “Mobile ID”
  2. Geolocation data
  3. The mobile phone number associated with your device[1]
  4. Your email address[2]

We shall process your personal data for the following purposes:

PURPOSE
1.- We need to know your Digital Identity or “Mobile ID” to identify your mobile as the device that has installed the application and therefore from where the notices will be sent to the entity in charge of their management and to which notices about events, news, etc. can be sent.
2.- We will need to know your geolocation to locate incidents and notices reported to the management entity.
3.- We will need to know your mobile phone number in order to be able to inform you via SMS on the progress made in the resolution of the notices reported.
4.- We will need to know your email address so that we can inform you via e-mail on the progress in the resolution of the notices reported.

3. GROUNDS AND ENTITLEMENT FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA

The legal basis that allows us to process your personal data depends on the purpose of processing, as detailed below:

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The time your data is kept shall depend on the purposes of their processing:

Notwithstanding the fact that we process your data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the relevant purpose, we shall then keep them properly stored and protected for as long as any possible liabilities arising from their processing may arise, in compliance with the regulations in force at all times. Once the possible actions have expired, we shall proceed to their deletion.
