Antoine Dumurgier has been nominated Chief Executive Officer of Berger-Levrault, an international software solutions provider. With 2,100 employees and 51,000 clients in Europe, Morocco and North America, Berger-Levrault markets its solutions to local authorities and administrations, medical and social establishments, the hospital sector, the education sector and private companies.

Antoine Dumurgier succeeds Pierre-Marie Lehucher, who has headed the Group for the last 15 years. Pierre-Marie Lehucher will continue to serve as Chairman until September 30, 2022, after which he will accompany the Group as an independent director. Antoine Dumurgier will become Chairman and CEO of Berger-Levrault on October 1, 2022.

Antoine Dumurgier, 48 years old, is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique (X93), ISAE-Supaero and the University of Toulouse. He started his career in the aerospace sector, with a first experience at NASA in Houston, then at the French General Directorate of Armaments. He then moved on to strategy consulting at McKinsey, where he worked in the defense and transportation sectors, and then to the logistics sector at DHL Express. In 2007, he joined the Edenred Group, the world leader in payment solutions for the workplace. After several general management positions in the French market, he joined the Group’s Executive Committee in 2013 as Executive Director in charge of strategy and development. In 2016, he became head of the Group’s global Professional Mobility Solutions business line. In 2021, he joined the private equity fund Astorg as senior advisor.
