CARL Touch, CARL Source’s mobile CMMS application, meets all the needs of shop technicians and stock managers:

Real-time tracking of activities, travel and attendance.

Stock management for warehouse or mobile stores: receiving, transfers, inventory.

CARL Touch is always usable, even when the network signal is not available. Synchronization is transparent to the user; it takes place in the background as soon as CARL Touch has network access. Data transfers are secure, regardless of volume.

User-administrators can easily supervise a large fleet of CARL Touch devices thanks to the remote supervision features: device characteristics (reports, monitoring of synchronization), disabling of devices, data deletion if a device is stolen and remote application updates.

As a native application, CARL Touch runs on smartphones or tablets (rugged, semi-rugged): all that is needed to install the application is to scan a barcode.

Authentication is compatible with your LDAP directory. Several operators can share the same device (day/night shift), with total security.

Screens, terminology and language dynamically adapt to each user, and time zones are taken into consideration.

Geolocation of equipment to be maintained.

Access to asset information (equipment, premises, models) and related technical documents.

Since CARL Touch is always available, even without a network signal, the information is synchronized, safely and transparently, without the operator’s involvement, as soon as a network is available.

Optimized supervision of activities for managers

CARL Touch keeps track of employees’ activities:

Activities and dashboards updated in real time.
Better travel management.
Optimization of use by eliminating the need to return to a workstation to report.
Ensures that technicians are present on site during inspections (by RFID/NFC).

By enhancing the reliability of reports and the quality of the data entered, CARL Touch ensures that indicators are more accurate, thereby optimizing maintenance policies and offering guaranteed traceability of services performed.

An application designed for stock managers

CARL Touch eliminates paper-based data entry and records stock movements to provide accurate stock levels.
It facilitates cycle or annual inventory counting, often carried out by inexperienced staff.
Mechanisms are in place to monitor stock movements when the warehouse operator is not present.
Stock replenishment is optimized, since it is based on reliable, up-to-date data.
Documents can be attached using the mobile device in the warehouse (photos, waybills, features, etc.).
