Galliane Touze has been appointed Chief Operating Officer for Finance, Risks and Acquisitions at Berger-Levrault, an international software solutions provider. Employing 2,100 people and serving 51,000 clients in Europe, Morocco and North America, Berger-Levrault sells its solutions to local authorities and administrations, healthcare facilities, the educational sector and companies.

Galliane Touze started her career at PWC before joining the British group ORANGE and then the European group ECONOCOM, specialized in the digital transformation of large companies and public authorities. She supported this Brussels-quoted group for 18 years as Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, thus participating in its significant growth dynamics, its transformation and the improvement of its financial performance.

Convinced that a responsible and ethical digital sector is a must, she created the CSR department of ECONOCOM in 2013. In 2020, Galliane took part in another entrepreneurial challenge, that of the CORUM BUTLER group, an independent European asset manager specialized in real estate investments and high yield credit management. She held the positions of General Secretary of the group and General Manager of CORUM Life, its life insurance subsidiary.

With a strong international background and knowledge of digital issues, Galliane Touze is now joining the Berger-Levrault Executive Committee to support its further expansion.

“I am very pleased to welcome Galliane Touze to the Berger-Levrault Group’s management team. Galliane has a great professional experience and will bring a lot to our ongoing development, for both our organic and external growth strategy” says Antoine Dumurgier, CEO of the Group.

Galliane Touze adds “I am delighted to join the Berger-Levrault Group, a group that, backed by a history of several centuries, has managed to re-invent itself to become a leading player in today’s software market. I chose to join Berger-Levrault for its challenging transformation and development project, for the values of respect, innovation and excellence it stands for, and finally for the men and women who are part of it. As such, I would like to thank Antoine Dumurgier, Pierre-Marie Lehucher and the Board of Directors for their support and I am looking forward to working with them in this new chapter of the Berger-Levrault story.”
