Given the rapid evolution of the situation linked to the Coronavirus COVID-19, I personally want to inform you that Berger-Levrault and its subsidiaries are organizing themselves with the greatest vigilance to ensure continuity of its service to your teams, while ensuring that the risk of personal exposure to our employees is highly controlled.
To date, we have no contamination cases within our teams. A COVID-19 centre has been set up and allows us to follow in real time the evolution of the situation in each of our offices.
We are diligently following the various government decisions in order to anticipate the necessary policies and guidelines to put in place and thus reduce the risk of contamination while ensuring the continuity of our services to our customers and partners.
We have already taken measures to ensure that our employees are able to work remotely thus allowing uninterrupted client services.
In addition, the various tools at our disposal allow us to provide remotely most of our planned services involving on-site visits. We will favour this solution or seek a suitable alternative as required.
Our priority is to continue to provide client services while caring for the health of our employees, customers and partners.
