Graduated in Agricultural Engineering from the Purpan School, Stéphane Manou started his career in the software publishing world at Agrisis, later acquired by Cogeser, as Production Manager and then Director of Services.  

In 2011, he obtained an Executive MBA at the Toulouse Business School and is Deputy Mayor of Baziège since 2014.  

In 2015, he came into contact with Berger-Levrault via the Sicoval (South-East Toulouse Agglomeration Community) and joined the group as Director of Key Account Services and then as Director of clients services France. 

In 2020, he led the sales department and the customer services department as Director of Operations France. 

In 2023, he was promoted to General Manager Local authorities & administrations France.
